This effervescent tablet press is a new product developed by our company. It is mainly used by pharmaceutical industry.

Our rotary tablet press is particularly suitable for hygroscopic powder with strong viscidity, bad fluidity and high humidity. Designed with special demoulding technology, the upper punch and lower punch rotate to release the sticky powder, which effectively improves the tablet quality. The tablet processing equipment is an ideal choice for the workshop with high humidity.

Features
1. Strictly implementing GMP, we employ stainless steel as the main material for the fully enclosed housing and the internal table. In addition to the glossy appearance, cross contamination can be avoided, as well.
2. Customer can understand the operation conditions of the effervescent tablet press through the transparent organic glass of the pressing chamber. The openable structure makes the cleaning and maintenance much easier.
3. The rotating speed can be adjusted at will due to the stepless speed control device.
4. Our tablet making machine is produced from mechantronics and frequency control technology.
5. The drive system is sealed in the fuel tank underneath the machine body. Safe and reliable, the extraordinary design effectively avoids cross contamination. Furthermore, since the drive shaft immersed in the oil pool is fully lubricated, noise and abrasion during operation is reduced to the greatest extent.
6. Equipped with dedusting device, our stainless steel tablet press can collect the dust inside the pressing chamber completely.

Delivery
45 working days from the receipt of down payment and samples of products to be operated on the machine. (The actual delivery time depend on your order)
Guarantee
The seller guarantee the machines are new (or unused) and the guarantee period will be given thirteen months from shipment date. During this period, the seller will provide free maintenance and free spare parts that caused by the machine’s quality, but the buyer must pay the courier cost. Parts damaged because of mishandling and consumable parts are not covered by any warranty.
Installing, Commissioning and Training
The seller will send the technician to buyer for installing and adjusting the machine and training the workers if the buyer invited. And the installing and adjusting cost is 50—100USD per day. The buyer should pay round tickets and accommodation expenses for seller’s technicians.
