ZPS-8/10 Rotary Tablet Press
Introduction
The ZPS-8/10 rotary tablet press is a small-sized tablet making machine used in laboratory, and research and development center of pharmaceutical industry for small scale production.

Apart from the PLC system, the pharmaceutical machinery is installed with a touch screen to display the parameters like working table rotating speed, instant die working pressure, and impeller rotating speed of force feeder. In addition, fault such as emergent shutdown, motor overload, and system overpressure can be indicated on the touch screen, as well. Importantly, the touch screen for the rotary tablet press can be used to set up system pressure, material filling depth, tablet thickness, productivity, mean pressure of the die, etc.

Features
1. The pill press machine is available with IPT die, capable of pressing granulated materials into tablet with various shapes and specifications. It is designed to press one tablet at a time.
2. Twice pressing greatly enhances the tablet quality.
3. Safe and reliable, the speed can be regulated through the operation on the touch screen.
4. The PLC system with the function of digital display can be installed with USB interface for working condition data acquisition.
5. Smartly designed, the rational structure of the main drive has outstanding stability and long lifespan.
6. The rotary tablet press is engineered with overload protection device. In case there is pressure overload, this machine will shut down automatically.
7. A cooling unit is also available with this automatic tablet press.
8. The stainless steel housing is fully enclosed. All parts getting in contact with the medicine are made of stainless steel or processed for surface treatment.
9. Made of organic glass, the four sides of the pressing chamber can be opened for easy cleaning and maintenance.
10. This rotary tablet press can be installed with force feeder or common feeder.

Technical Parameters

Delivery
30 working days from the receipt of down payment and samples of products to be operated on the machine. (The actual delivery time depend on your order)
Guarantee
The seller guarantee the machines are new (or unused) and the guarantee period will be given thirteen months from shipment date. During this period, the seller will provide free maintenance and free spare parts that caused by the machine’s quality, but the buyer must pay the courier cost. Parts damaged because of mishandling and consumable parts are not covered by any warranty.
Installing, Commissioning and Training
The seller will send the technician to buyer for installing and adjusting the machine and training the workers if the buyer invited. And the installing and adjusting cost is 50—100USD per day. The buyer should pay round tickets and accommodation expenses for seller’s technicians.
