Principle of RXH Hot Air Circulation Oven
The RXH hot air circulation oven's air circulation system adopts the blower recycling wind pattern which is highly efficient. The wind source, sent out by recycling wind motors (contactless switch), activates the wind wheel after passing the heater, and then sends out hot wind. Afterwards, it reaches the inner chamber of hot air circulation oven through the whirl tube and then absorbs the used air into the whirl tube as the recycled wind source, waiting to be used again and ensure the even chamber temperature. When the switch's movement causes the temperature fluctuation, the wind recycling system will quickly restore its operational state until the temperature arrives at the set one.
Application of RXH Hot Air Circulation Oven
Our RXH hot air circulation oven is used for baking chemical gases or the foods waiting to be baked, solidifying printing ink, and drying the paint film. It is widely used for precise baking, drying, tempering, warming-up, finalizing the design and processing in the industries like electronics, electrical motors, telecommunications, plating, plastics, metals and chemicals, equipment, printing, pharmacy, PC board, powder, spray finishing, glass and timber building materials. The materials being baked are heated evenly thanks to the inner heat recycling.
Structure of RXH Hot Air Circulation Oven:
RXH hot air circulation oven is made of angle iron, stainless plate and cold steel. The insulating course is filled with high-density aluminum silicate cotton which can ensure the insulation of the oven and the safety of its user. The heater can be installed at the bottom, the top or on the two sides. The temperature is controlled by digital display intelligent meter. RXH hot air circulation oven's whirl tube can send wind both vertically and horizontally.
