Main Applications of XZS powder sifter:
XZS powder sifter is an ideal medical machinery for sifting different shapes (particles, slice, powder) materials in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries.
Working principle of XZS powder sifter:
XZS powder sifter is made up of three parts: material sieve, cassette mechanism oscillator and pedestal. The cassette mechanism oscillator and pedestal connected with six group soft rubber shock absorbers, adjustable partial heavy hammer is rotated with drive motor. It produces the centrifugal force, the shock absorber is controlled to meet the working requirement. During work, the pedestal has no vibration, with low noise, low energy consumption, without wind-borne dust, high efficiency, convenient to move, clean and maintain.
